For Rotating Pistons Back into the Caliper to Provide Clearance for New Pads. Pneumatic cylinder pushes adapter against brake caliper piston. Pivoting handle provides leverage to rotate stubborn pistons back into the caliper. Turn valve counterclockwise, then by hand, slide shaft with proper adapter to engage piston. Turn valve clockwise to turn on air pressure. Rotate piston back into brake cylinder clockwise or counter clockwise. Turn valve counterclockwise to release air pressure to remove tool. Includes 5 adapters for use in both 2- and 4-wheel disc brake assemblies of most domestic and import cars. Tool may be used on or off the car. Makes this tough job quick and easy. Pins on 2B Adapter are now smaller in diameter to fit newer Mazda 3 and Mini Cooper applications. Set comes in blow-molded case for storage.
